SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting our store and shopping with us. Below are the detailed information regarding our shipping policy.

Standard Shipping:

Shipping is being currently provided in USA only.

Shipping Order Timeline:

The general timeframe for shipping the received orders is within 1 to 2 days. And this is only for the weekdays Monday to Friday, no shipping of any orders has been taken place on Saturday and Sunday.

Courier Companies & Delivery Time:

The shipping courier services currently on our panel are FedEx, USPS, UPS & DHL. And the estimated delivery time for the orders is normally 4 to 5 business days.

We are doing our best efforts to meet the shipping time mentioned above, but it is pertinent to mention here that the shipping delivery time aforesaid will be an average and estimated timeframe. The order can be delayed by the mentioned time and there will be no responsibility on us for such any delays.

Shipping Rate:

All orders will be shipped at the fixed shipping rate of $4.99 and this is applicable on all handbags and watches. Further this shipping rate is applicable only for USA.

Chang of Order

Once you place the order and it has been confirmed at our end then it cannot be cancelled and modified after confirmation from our side. But if you want to return the product, you would need to initiate the process to return the product to us as set out in our return policy.

Non-Receiving of Product

If your placed order has not yet been received by you and further the tracking status of the shipping company shows that the order has been delivered, then you must contact immediately to the shipping company to trace out the delivery of your order. But in case your order still does not trace out then you can contact us on our support through mail [email protected] we will try our best to resolve the issue to get your order traced out.


Sometimes due to the technical issue on the website of the shipping company, you may not fetch the tracking ID, and you are unable to trace your order. In this case please contact us on our mail: [email protected] we’ll assist you in this regard.

 

Highest rate is applied once to the whole order.

While we suits use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.


PLEASE NOTE: 
We need to ship the goods in special channels to avoid the high custom tax. These goods are shipped via Hong Kong port and you will receive an invoice within the package” the custom document made by the carrier to clear the customs. You can check the condition of our bags are original and brand new. And we suggest you bring the bag to your local retail store if you doubt its authenticity.
